Event First Aid Cover for Cornwall and Beyond

What CTC Medical Services provide to you 

With our Event First Aid service we will support you from your initial point of contact. We discuss in detail your event to establish what you legally require. This enables us to fully understand your needs and tailor a team that suits your requirements and ensures the safety and well-being of everyone attending your event. All our cover meets or exceeds the HSE Purple guide requirements.

As a standard and at no additional cost we provide:

• Emergency Medical Plans
• Risk Assessments
• Due Diligence Pack, including Insurance Details, Clinical Governance and Staff Qualifications
• Dedicated Event Manager
• All equipment required for the event
• Support and Guidance pre and post-event
• Staff regulated by The Health Practice Associates Council (HPAC)

Event First Aid Staff

We only supply paid members of staff, we don’t use volunteers. This means that we are guaranteed to turn up. Our members of staff are fully insured and highly trained. They will be highly motivated and display nothing other than professionalism at all times. We have a Medicine Management Policy and Clinical Governance in place which is supplied by our governance doctor. This ensures that we adhere to best practices and deliver the highest level of care to your visitors and staff.
